Track Your Order

Want to know where your PURECHAR order is? You have two ways to check.

Option 1 — Check Your Email

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow your package. Check your inbox (and spam folder just in case).

Option 2 — Use Your Tracking Number

Have your tracking number handy? You can track your package directly through the carrier's website:

• USPS Tracking
• UPS Tracking
• FedEx Tracking

Order Not Arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of your order date and tracking shows no movement, contact us at jasarigrant92@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out immediately.
